Mr. Place is in-charge of the firm's securities and co
mmodities litigation practice. He has extensive experience in this area including numerous trials, mediations, and settlements of claims on behalf of his clients.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Place has the unique perspective of having practical experience as a regulator formerly working for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD n/k/a FINRA). Additionally, Mr. Place worked at a large broker-dealer for many years and formerly held multiple securities licenses. Mr. Place also worked as a research analyst and travelled throughout the country conducting due diligence of mutual funds. He also worked for an investment advisory firm.

Sara Hanley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political 
Science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She received her legal training at Nova Southeastern University, graduating summa cum laude (with highest honors). Throughout her legal career Sara has dedicated numerous hours to the community by working on both political campaigns as well as providing legal services to indigent clients through Legal Aid.
